Since Establishing his practice in 1977, David Oulsnam’s passion for property design and development has stretched across residential, commercial and hospitality throughout the UK and Europe.

Our journey began with the rapid growth of our design practice, shaped by extensive experience in the hospitality sector. As lead designer for over 120 Chef & Brewer gastro pubs across the UK, we developed a strong foundation in creating memorable, functional spaces. This success led to international expansion, with new offices opened in Marbella, Spain, and Xi’an, China, supporting a growing portfolio of hotel and residential projects worldwide.”

Now based at Bagshaw Hall in Bakewell, our approach to local work within the Peak District National Park focuses on securing planning consent for complex residential developments and listed buildings.

More recently, we’ve been appointed for a range of commercial projects in Cheshire and London — including the expansion of Kiss Dental and the design of a high-end showroom in Mayfair tailored for Watch Collectors.
